The History

1984 May - Toby & Mark Plunket form first band together at Filey School called Zeus. 1985 Sept 2 - Toby, Bruce & mark meet at Scarborough 6th Form college and form Mr.Thud. Nov - Jim joins Mr.Thud. A series of drummers come and go. 1986 Sept 21 - Kevin Nixon sees the band for the first time at Stephen Joseph Theatre In The Round, Scaborough. Nov 17/18 - Recording of '87 EP at Blue Strike Recorders, Harrogate. 1987 Feb 8 - Changed name during recording of Too Posh To Mosh at Fairview Studios, Hull. March 30 - Little Angels TV debut on Yorkshire TV's 'Sounds good'. May 12 - Sold out 1000 capacity Scarborough Opera House (See Big Bad Video:-) ), release debut mini album 'Too Posh To Mosh' on Powerstation label. May 18 - Bebut at London's Marquee in Wardour Street with Tesla. June 22 - Support Guns & Roses at Marquee. July 31 - Kevin Nixon officially becomes the band's manager. Nov 6 - First headline at Marquee - Sold out! Nov 20 - Appear on Channel 4 'Famous For 15 Minutes'. 1988 May 13 - Debut BBC Radio 1 Friday Rock Show Session. May 19 - Signed to Polydor after considering offers from EMI,RCA,MCA and Magnet. July 20 - Debut US gig, Boston, Mass. for $250. Aug 16 - Michael Lee replaces Dave on drums. Sept 5 - First Single '90 In The Shade' Released. Sept 8 - Rock n Roll Education Tour begins at Aberdeen Dyce Academy.
